Let's Make It Official

Once we've reviewed your inquiry and confirmed the scope of your project, you'll receive your design package details, agreement, and secure payment instructions.

Your project is officially booked once the agreement and required payment are completed.

Your Design Begins

We'll collect your room measurements, photographs, inspiration images, and any additional details needed to begin. From there, we'll create your custom design concept, color palette, furniture and décor selections, and realistic 3D rendering.

Your estimated design timeline begins once onboarding materials and required payment are received.

Review & Refine

You'll have an opportunity to review your design and share your feedback. Each package includes one round of revisions so we can fine-tune the details before final delivery.

Additional revision rounds may be available for an added fee.

Bring Your Oasis to Life

Receive your final digital design presentation, clickable shopping links, and styling guidance. Depending on your package, you'll also receive a video walkthrough. Shop and implement your design at your own pace, with a clear plan to bring everything together.

Furniture, décor, and installation costs are separate from your Oasis design service fee.

What is virtual interior design?

Virtual interior design allows us to design your space remotely. You'll provide photos, measurements, and inspiration, and we'll create a personalized digital design plan you can implement at home.

Do you purchase furniture for me?

No. Oasis provides curated furniture and décor recommendations with clickable shopping links. You purchase your selected items directly from retailers.

Are furniture and décor included in the package price?

No. Your design package covers the virtual design service and listed deliverables. Furniture, décor, shipping, and installation are purchased separately.

How long does the design process take?

Room Refresh typically takes 10–14 business days. Full Room Design typically takes 14–21 business days. Multi-Room Design timelines vary by the number and complexity of spaces. Your estimated timeline begins once required payment and project materials are received.

What if I don't know my design style?

That's exactly where we can help! Share what you like, what you dislike, and any inspiration you have. We'll help bring those ideas into a cohesive direction that feels like you.

Can I request changes to my design?

Yes. Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions may be available for an added fee.

Do you offer in-person installation?

Our listed design packages are virtual. They include guidance for shopping and styling your space, but not in-person installation.
